Cleaning Service

Once we have done a proper inspection of the furniture to be cleaned and checked to make sure proper cleaning agents can be used, we apply a special fine fabric pretreatment designed specifically for upholstery. We give our pretreatment proper dwell time to ensure our cleaning agents get the best results possible. Once we start we use a special tool designed for furniture that attaches to our truck-mounted equipment. We turn the temperatures down to recommended specs and begin the extraction with a final fine fabric rinse. All our cleaning agents are specifically designed for cleaning fine furniture. Dry times vary on furniture but usually are around the same as carpets: 3-6 hours.

We use the same equipment and process to clean furniture as we do to clean your carpet, but first, we take extra care to test the fabric to make sure we adjust the water temperature and pressure appropriately.

We also offer to protect your cleaned furniture with an application of Teflon stain repellant.
